    Negotiation
    The "request/response" feature in Team Project provides the ability to interactively negotiate project items such as dates, resources, or any other item where a two way dialogue is appropriate. This easy to use on line negotiation capability replaces many of the activities, such as meetings and emails, that would normally be necessary to resolve project decisions.

    Time Accounting and Reporting
    Team Project includes a robust time accounting and reporting capability. Both costs and resources can be tracked based on information provided by project participants and management on estimates and actuals.

    Robust two way interface to Microsoft Project
    For those who are familiar with the project management capabilities of Microsoft Project, Team Project provides a highly integrated two way interface between the two products. All changes and updates made on either side of the interface are reflected in the complete project information kept within Team Project.
